Description: The Air Force Wounded Warrior Program (AFW2) is a Congressionally mandated and Federally funded organization tasked with taking care of U.S. Air Force wounded, ill, and injured Airmen, Veterans, and their families. We provide personalized restorative care throughout their transformation back to duty, separation, or retirement, staying in contact with them throughout the process as an Airman for Life. The goal is to leave them well-equipped to manage challenges, regardless of injury or illness. Adaptive Sports, Recovery, Transitioning, Workshops, Community and Resilience Programs. In addition, they provide Military Families Supportive services.
