Description: Boulder Crest is committed to improving the physical, emotional, spiritual, and economic wellbeing of our nation's military, veterans, first responders, and their family members. Our programs ensure they can live lives of passion, purpose, and service at home. They deliver free, short-duration, high-impact programs based on the science of post traumatic growth. Programs are available for individuals (male and female), couples, families, caregivers, and Gold Star families.

 

PATHH: Progressive and Alternative Training for Healing Heroes — which are based on the science of Post-Traumatic  Growth (PTG):

 

• Warrior PATHH: a free 18-month program, that begins with a 7-day intensive and immersive in-residence initiation (with separate programs for males and females).
• Family PATHH: a free 5-day program focused on the entire family.
• SongwritingWith:Soldiers (SW:S): a free 3-day program delivered in partnership with SongwritingWith:Soldiers (SW:S) for couples, caregivers, and Gold Star family members.
• Family Rest & Reconnection (R&R) Stays: free, 2-7-night stays that provide families with the opportunity to rest, reconnect, and recharge. To book these stays, explore the Virginia and Arizona pages.
