Description: American Military Family (AMF) provides veterans and their families with assistance, whether it be emotional, physical, mental or financial, for their missing, suicidal, displaced or struggling Hero. We are here to aide in their road to recovery and subsequent success.

Our Goal: STOP VETERAN & FIRST RESPONDERS SUICIDE

To engage fellow veterans to reach out to other struggling battle buddies; to educate communities and businesses that will educate civilians about the needs and issues facing our veterans and their families; to form a coalition of combat veterans and families who will strengthen and empower one another.

AMF-GY6 is a team of trained, suicide certified, combat veterans who specialize in reaching struggling fellow veterans and their families by putting "Boots On The Ground" within hours of receiving the call for help.

Purpose: To inspire, empower and improve the quality of life for our combat veterans and their families following service to country.

Mission: To provide our combat veterans with a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) of mutually compassionate veterans and their families designed to provide support for one another as they face such reintegration challenges as: (1) Emerging back into a civilian society where less than ½ of 1% of our country serves. (2) Symptoms and Side Effects from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Suicidal thoughts and tendencies. (3) Meeting and safely returning a struggling veteran to a safe environment, if and when the need may arise. (4) Offering support to a veteran in need of housing, shelter, food and/or life essentials and (5) Provide support, assistance and resources to veterans struggling in a time of crisis.
